GUEST RULES AND POLICIES

All guests and visitors must adhere to all of the following rules, policies and guidelines while on our property and the property of any designated parking lot serving The Barn at Paint Fork.

In accordance with industry standards, The Barn at Paint Fork has implemented the following entry procedures for all events. Each event may have exceptions to these policies. Be sure to check the event pages before attending. All rules are subject to change without notice.
  • There is NO on-site parking for cars or trucks at our event venue property. Please DO NOT drive to our property with the expectation of parking on site. See also our sections dedicated to parking details.
 
  • All guests entering the venue are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by The Barn at Paint Fork security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and is for the safety of our guests and our staff. Refusal to submit to such inspection will result in the turning away of the guests, the guests items in question and the forfeiture of the ticket without refund.   • If you feel that you have a need that requires flexibility on any policy listed below, we request that you contact us 48 hours ahead of time at events@thebarnatpaintfork.com. We cannot make exceptions if we are notified only at the day of the event or during the event hours.

No refunds – no exceptions.

The Barn at Paint Fork is a family-friendly facility. Please do your part in promoting a family-friendly atmosphere by showing common courtesy to fellow guests and refraining from using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior. Guests may asked to leave the property for reasons including, but not limited to the following:

  • Failure to follow The Barn at Paint Fork smoking policies.
  • Unruly conduct.
  • Use of illegal substances or drugs.
  • Disruptive behavior.
  • Use of profane, obscene or abusive language of any type.
  • Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside the venue.
  • Throwing of any objects onto the stage area, or in the seating areas.
  • Verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating performers, other guests, or The Barn at Paint Fork employees.
  • Participating in a fight.
  • Crowd moshing or crowd surfing.
  • Sitting on the shoulders of, or standing on the shoulders of another person.
  • Nudity or partial nudity.
  • Entering or attempting to enter any “Authorized Personnel Only” areas, such as: the stage area, backstage, behind points of sale or restrooms of the opposite sex.
  • Any action that, in the opinion of The Barn at Paint Fork Management, places other guests in danger or reduces their enjoyment of the event.
  • Guests that are asked to leave the property may be subject to arrest. These guests will not receive a refund for their ticket(s).

Tailgating is strictly prohibited at The Barn at Paint Fork and all of its designated parking lots. This includes, but is not limited to, drinking alcoholic beverages, grilling out, and games or any other activities that may obstruct or distract traffic. Management appreciates your cooperation in helping us provide a safe environment for all patrons.

In general, Parking lots and Gates will open one to two hours prior to show (music start) times. We will always announce GATE TIMES and MUSIC START times for our first act on the day of the show via facebook. This is subject to change.

All acts, dates, times and prices are subject to change per event and without prior notice.

Our guests have five options for arriving at our venue:

  • Park and Ride​ (park at remote lots)
  • Special Needs/Accessibility On Site Parking (guests must contact us no later than 48 hours in advance of event).
  • Special Needs/Accessibility Drop Off on site (guests must contact us no later than 48 hours in advance of event).
  • Parking lots open at the same time published for “Gates Open” and may change for each event. Please see the published times listed under each event to determine when gates and parking lots will open. 
  • There is NO on-site parking for vehicles at our property. (exception: We do have a VERY limited number of accessibility parking spots for those with ADA needs).
  • Please DO NOT drive to our property with the expectation of parking on site. You will be turned away.
  • All vehicles should report ONLY to our designated parking lots and await further transportation via shuttle buses.
  • Locations for our remote parking lot are subject to change without notice, therefore please check back on the day of the event for updated maps and locations.
  • Any car left in our remote lots after midnight will be towed at the owners expense. If you are unable to operate your car, please see our parking lot attendant for assistance with your car.

  • Parking lots open at the same time published for “Gates Open” and may change for each event. Please see the published times listed under each event to determine when gates and parking lots will open. 
  • Accessibility needs guests, please contact us via email at events@thebarnatpaintfork.com, no later than 48 hours before the event, to arrange for special assigned parking on site.
  • If we are unable to accommodate your parking needs, we will work with you for special transportation directly to the gate entry point.
  • All those requesting special needs/accessibility parking must present an official ADA hang tag of official ADA license plate upon arrival, in order for security guards to allow passage onto the property.

  • The Barn at Paint Fork does work with special needs individuals who need accessibility to our property 
  • Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of the gate opening time, so that we can work directly with you to accommodate your needs. This assistance requires planning, so therefore any notification inside 48 hours may result in less than optimal accessibility provisions.   • Please note that in a drop-off situation, you will be required to show our event security staff your official accessibility hang tag (or official ADA license plate) prior to being allowed to bring your vehicle onto our property. All other guests will be turned away unless special provisions are made ahead of time.
  • Please NEVER attempt to unload any vehicle on Paint Fork Road. This is a public street and all laws and safety regulations apply to vehicles, drivers and pedestrians. This will create a severely dangerous situation that may result in injury or fatalities.
  • In general, The Barn at Paint Fork will attempt to continue any show even during inclement weather. We will announce final rulings on show cancelations no later than 24 hours prior to gates opening, via our website. It is each ticket holders responsibility to check into the website for the latest announcements on show cancellations, delays or other news. 
  • If an unsuspecting storm, involving high winds or lightning, approaches within 10 miles of our property, we reserve the right (and will likely) cancel the concert effective immediately. In such case, please report to the gate for re-boarding shuttle buses immediately.

We have a very strict policy for bags, purses and backpacks. We do not allow backpacks on our property. All bags and purses will be searched prior to entry. We do allow bags/purses which conform to the following: 

Clear/translucent bags/purses:

Maximum size: 18” x 18” x 4” -subject to full search.

Solid/non-translucent bags/purses:

Maximum size: 6” x 6” x 2” – subject to full search.

  • Any items confiscated that violate our terms and policies will be disposed of and will not be returned.
  • Items that are illegal will be turned over to law enforcement for processing. In such cases, it is possible that the person in possession of such items be issued a citation, detained and/or prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Umbrellas are not allowed. We recommend bringing a poncho or rain jacket with hood.

  • The Barn at Paint Fork has no age limit policy for ticket holders. 
  • One ticket is required to be purchased, regardless of age.
  • By suggestion only, we recommend that children under the age of 6 not attend our concerts.
  • Careful review of the concerts, artists, artists music, content and overall atmosphere is recommended to each adult or parent prior to each ticket purchase.
  • One ticket is required per person, regardless of age, including toddlers. 
  • Once you arrive on the property, after de-boarding the shuttle bus, you will need to move directly to the entry point.
  • Our tickets are sold via online sales and therefore have a QR code that needs to be scanned before you are allowed to enter the venue.
  • We highly recommend you print each ticket individually and bring that paper ticket with you as proof of purchase. As of September 2019, you can download our mobile device app for better ticket processing. Click here for more information
  • Keep in mind that other guests appreciate each ticket holder being fully ready to present their ticket once they are at the gate.
  • Finally, if there are problems with your ticket at the entry, only the paper tickets will be accepted as proof of purchase. Simply presenting a QR Code on your device is not proof of purchase if there is problems with scanning that QR Code.

Tickets have a QR Code and are scanned at the entry gate. 

Once a QR Code is scanned the very first time, any other presentation of the same QR Code to our staff will be declined entry.

Tickets that are re-sold or advertised on the internet for resale, run a tremendously increased chance of fraudulent reproduction.

It is possible for a fraudulent ticket to be presented and successfully scanned prior to the authentic ticket being presented at our gates. Therefore, it is the SOLE responsibility of each and every ticket holder to protect and preserve their copy of any ticket so that reproduction cannot and does not occur.

The Barn at Paint Fork will not assume any responsibility of the authenticity of any ticket presented to us. We are only able to ascertain if the QR Code presented is valid and unused at the time of presentation. Once any QR Code is scanned, that unique code is removed from our system and any other presentation of the same code will be unequivocally declined.

  • Single tickets for The Barn at Paint Fork events can be purchased through this website or by purchasing single hard copy ticket(s) the day of the event at the gate. We HIGHLY recommend NOT waiting until event day to purchase tickets.​ 
  • In order to expedite the ticket purchasing process on the night of an event, the Box Office will only sell night-of tickets. The Box Office only accepts cash, debit cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Checks are not accepted.

There is a no re-entry policy for all The Barn at Paint Fork events. No person who leaves the property will be allowed to reenter. If you feel you need special assistance or have a special reason for leaving and reentering the property, please see our security staff. THIS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

  • All guests at the property are required to exit the property immediately after the event concludes. 
  • All guests need to be off property no more than 30 minutes after the event concludes.
  • The Barn at Paint Fork is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. All tickets are issued via online sales which will send you a confirmation email after purchase. This email also contains your ticket(s). Please keep a copy of the email and the PDF formatted tickets. 
  • If you do not receive this email, please contact us at events@thebarnatpaintfork no later than 48 hours PRIOR to gate opening.
  • The Box Office opens at the same time that the gates open on the night of the performance and remains open until approximately 30 minutes after the headliner begins.
  • The Box Office WILL NOT be able to help you with online ticket sales problems or other online ticket issues on the day of the event.

  • No alcohol of any kind may be brought by patrons onto the property.
  • We have the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to anyone at any time.
  • Adults of age that choose to consume alcoholic beverage will do so in a responsible manner.
  • Alcohol will not be served to anyone who is already intoxicated upon arrival to the property.
  • Intoxicated patrons will be denied entry into the venue.
  • Public intoxication is grounds for ejection from the venue without refund.
  • Each customer’s ID is checked during the entry process and when purchasing wristbands for alcohol consumption.
  • We also reserve the right to check the ID of any person on the property at any time, including multiple ID checks of the same person.
  • No one under the age of 21 is permitted to purchase or consume any alcohol.
  • Wristbands for alcohol consumption will not be sold to anyone whose picture on their ID doesn’t match the person presenting the ID to our staff.
  • No vertical or expired driver’s licenses from any state will be accepted.
  • Forms of valid ID include: horizontal United States driver’s license, military ID cards, current passports.
  • Alcoholic beverages are sold up to 30 minutes prior to the end of concerts and under no circumstance after 2:00am.
  • All alcoholic beverages will be served ONLY via our wristband system. No cash sales will take place at the concession areas. 
  • Wristbands are available at a designated area on the property and are free to all guests over 21 years of age.
  • Personal IDs will be checked prior to issuing a wristbands.
  • Wristbands are non-transferable from event to event. We utilize different wristbands for each and every event.
  • Wristbands are secured onto a patrons wrist by our staff. Please do not remove these wristbands if you wish to be served alcohol while on our property.
  • Any wristband removed from the wrist is automatically void in its entirety.

Underage drinking will not be tolerated at The Barn at Paint Fork or in any designated parking areas. Anyone under the legal age of 21 drinking, or in the possession of alcohol, will be subject to citation and/or arrest and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, The Barn at Paint Fork reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who is visibly intoxicated, without refund.

Smoking is not permitted in the restrooms, inside the Barn facility, within VIP areas, or while waiting in lines such as entry gates, concessions, merchandise, ticket area, etc. This includes tobacco AND electronic cigarettes.

All media personnel should request access through our offices no later than 2 weeks before an event in order to be considered and should have appropriate credentials in order to be considered; contact events@thebarnatpaintfork.com

The Barn at Paint Fork is not responsible for items lost, misplaced or stolen while on property. If you lost an item on our property, please send an email to events@thebarnatpaintfork.com and identify the object lost in detail. We will work with you to conform if we are in possession of such item. Any item found by or turned over to our staff, will remain in lost and found for thirty days and then disposed.

Should you need medical attention, please let one of our security personnel know and they can assist you further.

There is no ATM at The Barn.

With the exception of seeing-eye dogs or other service animals or animals used as part of an event, no pets are allowed in the facility. Guests requiring the assistance of service animals must show proper credentials.

  • Conduct which is deemed illegal by law, or violated our conduct policy. 
  • Coolers
  • outside Alcohol
  • Drugs which are illegal per laws.
  • Outside food and beverages
  • Noncompliant Backpacks or Other Large Bags
  • Fireworks or incendiary devices of any kind.
  • Laser Pointers
  • Glass or metal containers, flasks or similar.
  • Tools (wrenches, pliers, etc.)
  • Weapons of ANY kind (regardless of concealed carry permit).
  • Pets (except service animals approved 48 hours prior to the event.)
  • Recording devices of any kind – audio or visual.
  • Aerosol spray cans
  • Professional cameras. Cameras with detachable lenses. GoPro/Action Cameras.
  • Posters larger than 8.5”x11”
  • Glow sticks, bracelets, necklaces or any other glow item of any kind.
  • Musical instruments.
  • Inflatables.
  • Selfie sticks.
  • Umbrellas (we recommend ponchos)
  • Spiked jewelry or any type of chain
  • Skateboards
  • *Any other item deemed unacceptable by The Barn at Paint Fork management.
  • Blankets (limited to one beach towel size per person or one 6’x6’ blanket per group) 
  • Binoculars
  • Seat Cushions
  • Strollers
  • Rain Jackets/Ponchos
  • Sunscreen (non-aerosol only)
  • Mobile devices (cellular phone size)*
  • Small cameras that are able to fit in a men’s shirt pocket
  • Service animals covered under ADA regulations.
  • *Please note that we have to make special arrangements for services animals so please contact us no later than 48 hours PRIOR to the gate opening. Guests requiring the assistance of service animals must show proper credentials.
  • * Any device that is capable of recording, such as cell phones, are subject to confiscation if owner is witnessed recording anything other than still image photography.
